To rent from PrimeDrive, you will need to present a valid driver's license held for at least one year. Additionally, a valid credit card in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit.
Yes, extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Please contact our support team at least 24 hours before your original drop-off time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Note that extending your rental may change the daily rate.
Our standard policy is "Full-to-Full". You will receive the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, and you are expected to return it full. If the car is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling charge plus the cost of the missing fuel will apply.
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 may be subject to a "Young Driver Surcharge" to cover additional insurance requirements. There is no maximum age limit, provided you hold a valid medical certificate or license.
